Company Background

The terms of the agreement state that JEL cannot except any bets from non US residents for a period of three years.

Effective July 2007 Jazette Enterprises Limited changed their name to Jassy Sports Events Limited and although they are based in Malta it is unknown where they are registered. and Players Only are among the related online sportsbooks.

Opening an account 5/5

Its simple and straightforward but persons outside of the United States and Canada can not wager at Superbook.

The layout of the sportsbook is fairly typical and navigating between the sportsbook, casino, poker room and the horsebook is easy. Using World Gaming software however there are reliability issues especially during high traffic periods.

Customer Support 3.5/5

All the vital components of a good help center are available 24/7/365 such as live chat, email and a toll free telephone service.

The agents are friendly but have a tendency to put you on hold and research the questions they should readily know the answers to. On a scale of efficiency, email is the worst, then live chat and telephone is favored if you are in a rush for answers.

Financial Security 4.5/5

The financial background is not known but the organization is not suspected of being at risk.

Deposit/Withdrawal 4.5/5

SuperBook only only a few deposit and withdrawal methods including Visa/Mastercard.

Additional Information

Due to longstanding processor problems Superbook have a history of slow payout complaints but nonetheless they always manage to meet payout demands within weeks of a request.

SuperBook is a good base for newbie's and recreational bettors with an in-depth tutorial, good promotions, FAQ and gambling tips. They have a lot of satisfied customers but with limited deposit / withdrawal options and the problems they have faced securing payment processors we would recommend caution is given when dealing with Jassy Sport Event Ltd.
