Sean Graham is located in Ireland but this bookmaker is registered in the United Kingdom which is perhaps one of the most regulated gaming jurisdictions in the world so you can rest assured that UK books are pretty much coacher.

The majority of UK and European books are very competitive and ultra professional such as Ladbrokes, William Hill, Stan James, UniBet and VCbet so I was a little disappointed that Sean Graham only rakes through with a marginal ranking.

Comparatively the website looks rather drab and it lacks excitement from a visual perspective.

The bookmaker is powered by proprietary owned software but it's not overly efficient and the betting screens are slow, plus they fail to load properly on occasions.

Increasing the range of sporting events would be a good start, currently it is just limited to horses, dogs, football, golf, rugby, cricket, snooker, NFL Super bowl, GAA and darts.

Deposit options are restricted to credit and debit cards and oddly customers are required to register their card information at the same time they register a gaming account. I always think this strategy is quite off putting and makes me want to check out another book which I can establish a trust level with first.

Another criticism refers to their customer service which is only available from Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm GMT via email message service, regular mail or telephone. Email requests can take up to 48 hours. In my opinion their hours of operation are inconsiderate of their world wide customers; online gaming is a 24 hour business.

Residents of Holland, India, Pakistan, Germany and the United States are not permitted to wager at Sean Graham.

This book is not one of the greats, but it is okay and it has been around since 1997 without any serious complaints.

Customers who have an account are happy enough but undoubtedly they have other accounts to meet other wagering needs.
