Hosted by Capilleira Software Solutions BetCSL offers a choice of wagers on sports, casino, horse racing and poker. Additionally Capilleira is the turnkey solutions provider for Ultimate Odds and Wager Daily.

Powered by Central Valley Technologies the sportsbook provides odds on NFL, NCAA, NBA, MLB, NHL, auto sports and soccer.

Sports wager types include the usual sides, totals, parlays, teasers, futures, props, half time, money lines and run lines.

The homepage lists a wide selection of deposit options including NETeller e-Check, FirePay, Moneybookers, bank wire, cashiers check, money transfer and credit cards. But its questionable how many of these are actually available.

Minimum withdrawal amount is $20 for all methods.

Unfortunately however, this book is plagued with problems. Each time I have attempted to research the website I have deliberately delayed it because I was unable to access various pages and including the Join Page due to errors. Now that the Join Page is accessible, I can confirm that the sign up process is very simple BUT once the registration is complete an Unexpected Error message is displayed.

The customer service agent was a little difficult to understand due to a strong Costa Rican accent but he was very pleasant and tried his best to assist when I reported the various problems. Ultimately however he suggested I should try their sister site WagerDaily since he was unsure when the site would be fully operational.

Capilleira have hosted their fair share of troubled books including DragonWager which was taken offline on 12/11/2006 due to the large number of payout complaints. Plus the scam book 4SportsPicks whose owners allegedly stiffed their players out of a massive sum of $100,000.

Although Capilleira did not financially support either of these books, the owner has stated that he will now be taking over the accounting for all the books serviced by Capilleira .

With all the problems associated with BetCSL and Capilleira we strongly advise you check out a more reputable book listed on SGR.
